Returns Request

It is always our hope that you like and enjoy your purchase, but realize that sometimes that is not always the case. If you find that you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days after proof of delivery according to package tracking.

  • All eligible for returns merchandise must be in the same condition as sold, with all included accessories, and a request to return it must be made within 14 days of receiving item.
  • IF condition differs, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.
  • Face Masks and any other personal wear items that we may decide to list in the future are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the nature of the item.

Instructions For Returns

  • Click on ‘my account’ located in the top header section menu on the home page, or click here.
  • Click on ‘Orders’ to view a list of your current and past orders.
  • Click on the “Refund’ button located at the end of the line that contains the item that you would like to return
  • Next, select the item that you would like to return
  • Fill out the reason for the return form
  • Press the ‘Submit Request’ Button

After we receive your request for return, you will receive an email from us with instructions on where to send your return. It is advised that you return your item using a postal service that provides tracking.
